26-27 Elective Course Request (Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade)
The elective registration window will open on Wednesday, February 25 at 3:30 PM and will close on Friday, March 6 at 5:00 PM.
Please follow the steps below to submit your student’s elective request:
How to Register
Step 1: Visit www.travisranchschool.org
Step 2: Hover over the MIDDLE tab
Step 3: Click on “26–27 Elective Course Request (Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade)”
Step 4: Review the course descriptions with your student:
Step 5: Complete the appropriate Google Form:
- CURRENT PYLUSD Students: Register HERE
- Student needs to be signed into their PYLUSD email to access the google form.
- NEW PYLUSD Students: Register HERE
- Please use an email address that is checked regularly.
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours
- For CURRENT PYLUSD students, it will be sent to your student’s PYLUSD email address and the primary parent email listed in Aeries.
- For NEW PYLUSD students, it will be sent to the email address that was filled out on the google form.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Elective selection is NOT first come, first served.
- Please rank electives in order of preference:
- #1 = First choice
- #2 = Second choice
- #3 = Third choice
- #4 = Last choice
- You may submit the form more than once. If you do, only your most recent submission will be used. Previous submissions will be deleted.
- Selecting an elective course does not guarantee placement in that elective or that the course will be offered for the 2026–2027 school year.
- If you cannot access the google form, it is most likely because your student is not signed into their pylusd gmail account.
- Please do not select the same elective more than once.
